Taking Charge

Taking Charge:

Taking Charge is a class geared towards women to provide an educational experience and a resource for any questions that they may have about budgeting, organizing their finances or any other concerns they may have in their lives.  The class is taught by a woman named Geneva James, who has had life experiences in each topic.  These small classes will give you an opportunity to get answers to your questions from knowledgeable guest professionals including an attorney (Niel Nielsen), a CPA (Bill Stevens), a funeral pre-planner (Carolyn Reynolds), and a financial advisor (Dale Percival).  Join us for the next Taking Charge class and learn how to make good financial decisions that can change your life.  Here is a short outline of what each session entails:

Session 1: Create a budget and identify proper cash flow management; gather statements and record important information; checking and savings accounts.
